Hidden Rhythms

Glasgow Women’s Library

We are delighted to be including the vibrant, emerging talents of a diverse and talented group of young women also known as Hidden Rhythms. The setting is Glasgow Women’s Library which has become one of the most celebrated and vital organisations in Scotland. It is the only Accredited Museum in the UK dedicated to women’s lives, histories and achievements, with a lending library, archive collections and innovative programmes of public events & learning opportunities.

The performance is sure to be not only memorable, but inspirational. In their words: “This is a chance to hear original songs and poetry celebrating love, joy, sadness, hope and everything that comes with life. Written and performed by young women who are often hidden, these tracks will give you a glimpse of a world too often overlooked.  From party bangers to sobby ballads they showcase a wide range of experience and personalities. We want to share our stories – come and be a part of them.”
